Recently, the Gaoka Light Alloy digital system project undertaken by our company has been successfully launched and put into operation. The project covers six major modules including cost management, financial system interface, mobile application (APP), industrial data acquisition, BI production dashboard, and energy management system integration, marking a solid step forward for Gaoka Light Alloy in digital and intelligent management.
I. Project Company Introduction
Jiangsu Gaoka Light Alloy Co., Ltd. has a total project investment of 500 million yuan, covering an area of 60,000 square meters, introducing a complete set of European extruders and testing equipment, with 3 complete aluminum profile extrusion lines and an annual capacity of over 35,000 tons, dedicated to providing high-performance aluminum profile structural parts for the new energy vehicle industry, with products covering white body and battery pack structural parts.
II. Project Construction Overview
During the project, our team tailored and successfully deployed the following core system functions based on the actual business needs of Gaoka Light Alloy:
1. Cost Management System
Full-process cost accounting from raw material cost input -> process order cost carry-forward -> product sales, helping customers achieve transparent order product costs and data-driven decision-making, laying a solid foundation for optimizing product cost structures.
2. Financial System Interface Integration
Through seamless integration with existing financial software, automatic voucher generation and efficient and accurate reconciliation are achieved, forming a closed loop between business layer data and financial processes.
3. Mobile Application (APP)
Supports on-site scanning, mobile approval, quality scrap registration and other functions, improving real-time information processing efficiency and helping management become lightweight and digital.
4. Industrial Data Acquisition System
Real-time data acquisition of extrusion production lines and key production equipment, transparent equipment operation status and timely warning of equipment abnormalities, helping real-time monitoring of the production process.
5. BI Production Visualization Dashboard
Through the factory large screen, real-time display of order progress, equipment status, production completion and other key indicators, improving management transparency and response efficiency.
6. Energy Management System Integration
Real-time acquisition of energy data, realizing regional and equipment-based energy data monitoring and analysis, providing effective support for customers' energy-saving and consumption-reduction work.
III. Project Delivery
During the project implementation, our project manager team went to the customer site to conduct system operation and application training, which was unanimously recognized by the customer.
When the system was officially launched, the customer's financial manager Mr. Sun presented our company with the "Digital Construction Pioneer" honorary plaque, giving high recognition to the smooth progress and implementation results of the project.
